1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Management

To access real-money gaming on lucky555, you must register an account. By registering, you agree to the following conditions:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one lucky555 account. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. • KYC verification: lucky555 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents (e.g., NRIC/MyKad, passport) and proof of payment method prior to processing withdrawals. lucky555 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
• Account currency: All lucky555 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No other currency is available for account operation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. lucky555 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including but not limited to Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank), USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. lucky555 does not impose deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. lucky555 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within 3 to 6 business hours, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times.

4.3 Withdrawal conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to verified accounts. lucky555 reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where lucky555 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.4 Third-party payments. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. lucky555 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds received from a third-party source will be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Unclaimed balances. Balances remaining in dormant accounts (defined as accounts with no login activity for 180 days) may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of RM 10 per month after written notice to the registered email address, until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

lucky555 offers various promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and tournament prizes. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a designated bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered within 30 days of being credited. Unexpired bonus balances that do not meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will be forfeited.
• lucky555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in play will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using casino bonuses, and use of multiple accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• lucky555 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any player for any promotion at its sole discretion.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General. All bets placed on lucky555 are subject to the specific rules of the game or event in question. lucky555 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, as a result of technical malfunction, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation or fraud.

6.2 Palpable errors. In the event of a manifest or obvious pricing error (a "palpable error"), lucky555 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether the bet was settled prior to the error being identified.

6.3 Technical malfunctions. In the event of a game or platform malfunction, lucky555 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players' balances. Lucky555 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the affected stake.

6.4 Betting limits. lucky555 imposes minimum and maximum bet limits on all games and markets, which are displayed within each game interface. lucky555 reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lucky555 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to give an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploitation of software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or reversals on deposits;
• Using lucky555 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from lucky555 without prior written authorisation from lucky555 or the relevant rights holder.

lucky555's total cumulative liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lucky555 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lucky555 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond lucky555's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, and third-party service failures) may result in temporary service unavailability.

11. Responsible Gaming

lucky555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following tools for players who wish to manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon setting.
• Session reminders: Players may activate session duration reminders that display elapsed playing time at set intervals.

12. Account Suspension & Termination
